Monday Made It {Sunday Funday Style}

I have been making a lot lately! I have so many things I've made and didn't make pictures of yet! I made a new banner for the hallway, more crate seats, and painted a new table. I can't wait to reveal my classroom to you in a couple of days!

Clips:

I used thin duct tape similar to washi tape but not as expensive to stick to one side of the clothespin. Then I put on Tara's numbers to make adorable clips for my kids.

 Hall of fame/rewards:

This idea is from A Cupcake for a Teacher you can find how she uses her behavior system on her blog. I'll be posting about how I'll use them later this week. You can find the Hall of Fame poster and class rewards here. I put together three sets of tupperware to create nine drawers full of goodies.
In case you are wondering this is what each drawer holds:
1. special stickers
2. fun erasers
3. special pencils
4. awesome bookmarks
6. small pieces of candy (blow pop, smarties, sweet tarts)
7. mardi gras bead necklaces
8. rings, silly bandz, and bracelets
9. small toys (dinosaurs, kazoos, bubbles, balls)
Everything I got was either donated from last year for the treasure box, found in random drawers in my classroom or bought at the Dollar Tree.

Where are we chart:

Lindsey from Live, Laugh, and Learn in Second Grade made this super cute poster to hang where you are. I just painted this cute clip to hold together the signs of where we are.

Owl:

Technically I didn't make this but my best friends mom did. She is super talented! She picks out the adorable fabric and then sews it all together. It counts if I helped pick out the fabric and it was made for me right!?

Today was my last day of summer and it was spent laying by the pool all day. Then we went to the food trucks for a yummy dinner! Now we're going to watch some of our favorite shows True Blood and Breaking Bad with some thin mint ice cream!

I'm enjoying these last few moments before I start pre-planning tomorrow!

  1. Love all your made-its! I especially love the idea of using the drawers to separate your incentives/rewards. I think I may have to do that myself. Your owl and READ sign are adorable! Great projects...:)
